Juan Martin's comeback from injury is still without a win, beaten in 2 comfortable sets by Lopez :( Another injury comeback that has been cut short is Jo Wilfried Tsonga. Playing for the first time since Wimbledon is was an unhappy comeback for Jo as he was beaten in 3 sets by Jarkko Nieminen. Another seed to fall was Ernests Gulbis as he was beaten by Dmitry Tursunov in straight sets. Dmitry followed up that win with victory over Frenchman Richard Gasquet. Frenchman Michael Llodra was unable to continue his decent run of form as he was defeated by Swiss Marco Chiudinelli.
