First up is the all Serbian affair between defending champion & #2 seed Novak Djokovic & Viktor Troicki. As you will remember these 2 fought out a highly competitive 1st round match at the recent US Open with Novak coming out on top. Remember the intense heat/sun that match was played in? Remember Novak comparing how he felt when shade was cast over the stadium? Yep, that's when he compared it to sleeping with his girlfriend! Viktor has enjoyed recent success on the ATP World Tour, he was the recent winner in Moscow.

Next up will be a repeat of the epic Wimbledon final of 2009. Lots of history between these 2 long standing players on the tour, this will be meeting #22 and the 3rd here in Basel (Federer leads 2-0). Roger has been in decent form of late, final in Shanghai and winner in Stockholm whilst Andy is playing his first tournement since returning from his retirement in Shanghai.
